I was laid off during Deloitte‘s mass layoff in July of last year. I have worked as an independent contractor since and projects haven’t been consistent at the client I’m working for. I’m looking to get back into a big firm and was seeing if anyone would be able to refer me or help get my foot in the door. I was a business analyst for 1.5 years at Deloitte and have several years of additional experience which I’d be more than happy to share.

You should see an eye doctor. That isn’t normal. Also check your screen resolution and see if you can change that. My guess is this is a configuration issue
I get back aches after a long day 🙃
Take a break
I always get headaches/eye pain. I thought it was normal. Is it something I should be concerned about?
My eyes and headaches started getting really bad lately. Saw an eye doctor, she gave me a very slight prescription and lenses which help protect eyes from blue light
You can get the protection glasses without a prescription though. I'd definitely look into it, it's helped so much
They look normal just google glasses that remove blue light
someone on my team started havin this issue. u need glasses. get your eyes examined
I have a pair of prescription “computer glasses” - they cover the distance between my eyes and the screen. Check with your eye doc to see if these might help.
Aren’t there glasses that protect from computer screens? Anyone know
Privacy screens although they can be a pain to look at sometimes they reduce the glare and brightness of your screen so your eyes don't get as strained. Definitely take breaks though away from the screen altogether
I had bad eye pain. Couldn’t wake up in morning. Doctor said it was dry eye most likely because of computer screens. Now use artificial tears twice a day. 😕
K4 are the lenses a yellow-orange color? Or do they look normal?
