My mother in laws birthday was today. I was told we would go to cut the cake. Turns out they invited 18 people over for dinner too. She lives in a three room apartment. Only my husband and I were wearing masks. As more people arrived I got more and more uncomfortable. Comments like oh we are wearing masks?? I haven’t seen more than two other people at any given time. We ended up just leaving. I feel bad that we left like that but we agreed it utterly irresponsible to have that many people over

I’m a senior associate in BL and wondering if anyone experiences the same as me. Every morning without fail I have a panic attack, I feel flush, full of anxiety, overwhelmed, heart racing and feel like elephant on my chest. I lie in bed for hours and find it hard to get up until there’s a pressing need, like a call or urgent email. It’s not caused by any specific worry but more just a daily thing (and I work in a relatively good BL practice too). Anyone go through the same? How do you recover?

Hi. I have very low AMH, 36 years old & never have been pregnant. I have done 2 IVF cycles this year approx 5 months apart. Each time had only 2 eggs retrieved, 1 fertilization each which lead to the embryo reaching blastocyst stages both times & both came back normal after genetic testing 🤍 talk about beating the statistics odds! 🤞🏻 I now have 2 cutie embryos saved. The fact that Musk himself has disclosed his diagnosis, has truly inspired me that no barriers should exist for us. The road might be tough sometimes, and working in a client-facing role requires quite a bit of our energy. Know, we are as capable as neurotypical people.

Hi everyone I have been having major energy issues lately. Once it gets dark, the second it gets dark my energy levels just drop and all I want to do is lay on the couch and watch TV, and lately that’s been around 4:30 pm here. Any recommendations on how to get over this slump?

I have a manager that does not seem to understand mental illnesses, disorders, etc. He thinks I am making excuses rather than trying to explain things (I have diagnosed ADHD, anxiety, and depression) and I’m trying to take ownership for issues but also help him understand what I am describing better as well.
