I got an offer in industry! Feeling excited but at the same time very confused. It’s a good offer that I don’t want to pass up but also feel extremely bad leaving during busy season. Used to think I was independent and stoic enough to not care about dating & relationships, and then I realized it'd be really nice to share my time and energy with someone. Now I'm balding in my late 20s, living alone, and only really get to see my family. Online dating is a wash and feels like an incredible waste of time.

I have got offer from CTS and doing pre-onboarding formalities. As part of BGV the are asking to fill HR Manager name and contact numbers. How we can fill that because my previous company is HCL where the HR people are keep changing & @they don't even respond to their employees. Also, we couldn't add their phone number as well.
