Hello fishes, I joined Nagarro on 24th of August. But still no project is assigned yet. Basically I am on bench. Now I am about to get an offer from ServiceNow. I really wanna join ServiceNow as it's a big product based organisation and the competition is really high compared to Nagarro. ServiceNow is giving me a joining date of 1st October. As I am still on bench, will I get released by Nagarro soon ? Because no project is allocated to me.

Yeah one of my metrics on a tough project is what I can do at weekends. A bad project will have me just sleeping and lying watching Netflix for at least 5 hours - which I feel like is such a waste of time - but realise my body just needs the rest
YES
I feel like that, but I’m a first year associate. I need to spend Sunday in bed with Netflix.
Week 7 of coast to coast travel and my body literally ACHES. We are on client site 11-12 hours a day, then the 6 hour flights. And fridays go until 6:30pm for me. I feel completely drained; yet I eat healthy, exercise, hydrate, etc. 7-8 hrs of sleep a night isn’t even cutting it!
Yes when I get on a constant travel project. Some people physically just aren’t made for it.
