No, but it does give me the best 💩
It doesn’t happen to me, but caffeine intolerance is fairly common
That happens to me. I’m sensitive to caffeine, so I’ll usually stick with half caff or decaf coffee. (Unless I’m exhausted or drink with food). Green tea is a good alternative because it still has caffeine, but I don’t notice any side effects.
Try making it not as strong? I had the same thing happen to me, I mostly drink tea throughout the day now! Or coffee when I have a lot of work
I usually love tea too, but I thought I’d try the cozy coffee mornings and it’s backfired! Lol
I get headaches from dehydration sometimes when I drink too much coffee and forget to drink water. Easy to do!
I’m sorry
Same! My PCP told me I was going through caffeine withdrawals and I haven’t had coffee since
Do you have any food in your stomach when you drink it? I’ve found that helps (because I love coffee and can’t give it up)
It’s a thing. Are you prone to migraines too? If so, def stay away. This is my situation but I like the smell of coffee so sometimes I brave a cup of decaf now and again just to get that fix. And then drink like 2 glasses of water afterwards. Tea is my go to, but no tea flavors compare to the taste/smell of coffee.
🙋🏾♀️ But I've only had coffee a handful of times. It's entirely possible that the situation that led me to want to try the coffee (mostly tiredness when I needed to push through), is the reason why I also had the headache or was susceptible to getting one from changing my routine.
I just drink tea now. No problems. It's what I grew up drinking anyway.
Here. Gives me headache and makes me restless. So I stopped. haven’t had coffee in years

Glad to know I’m not the only one! I was thinking how strange it was to get a major headache FROM coffee, but it’s a thing apparently!
