Does anyone from Senior manager group or above in the bowl can give more clarity on mid year promotion ? Will it be same like PY where everyone was promoted or some criteria?

Also because the range of my experience is limited ie audit only there is limited opportunity for an employer to consider me an area that I havent had any experience in. I just got offered a job with a firm that has billable hour requirements. I’ve never had had billable hours. Is is appropriate to ask what the billable requirements are? I have a good idea from someone I know who works in a different department but want to confirm what they told me. They also provided vacation time of 3-5 weeks. I’m assuming that’s work weeks, but is that appropriate to ask for clarification? I don’t want them to think that’s all I care about, but these are important to me.

Is appraisal based on pmdp review.i am yet to complete bronze badge and in pmdp it's showing as 0 bronze badge.also the target cpe is 40 while it's showing 13.5 for me..
