Does anyone get goodbye mails anymore? The levels of attrition is alarming. I went on LinkedIn today post a while to find out people who were at the top of their tech have more or less left Deloitte. I haven't received a single goodbye mail in the last 3-4 months.

How do you manage income disparity in a relationship? Currently make 130k compared to my gf making 35k. Realistically finances aren’t an issue for us. Anyone who got promoted did not get MA. The salary of a senior at the immediate lower level is almost equivalent to a just promoted person. E.g. salary of a senior A is around 10L, but of a just promoted AC is around 10.7 - 11. The salary of a 6 month AC is around 12.5L. The same type of gap is present at AC C layer, only magnified, differences going as far as 2L in a difference of 6 months. 1. How is this fair to promotees? "Treat people right"? 2. Are we really just gonna sit and accept this?
