Does anyone getting projects while being on bench and how long they keep on bench

what are the pros / cons to being “counseled out” after being on the bench for too long? Is there a severance package? Does it affect your track record with the former and new employer?

Can anyone tell about what is Repurpose Bench BU. In offer it is mentioned that I am designated to repurpose bench BU as a software engineer.

I am currently on bench .Can i know if I can search projects in other countries ? Is it possible in IBM ?

How is job security at LTI? I heard employee is fired after 90 days on bench directly.
It had also laidoff people in 2017 i guess.

Please provide outlook for at least next 2-3 years.
