EY GDS - Is below statement is common across all offer letters. Since I didn't discussed anything on shift hours with either HR or interview panel in EY ?
Additionally, as mentioned in your interview process, the Firm may implement staggered work shifts, from time to time. In such an event, you shall abide by the change in the standard working hours as may be notified by the Firm to accommodate such staggered shifts.

Some people grind their teeth and others do not. Not something you can control. Damage can be catastrophic to teeth and gums. Get a dentist to create a customized mouth guard, not OTC one from Walgreens.
Nightguard. Dentist $$ worth every penny & then some. Should be comfortable and should NOT change your bite -- i.e., when you wake up in the morning, you shouldn't feel like it's shifted your jaw or teeth around.
And omg lifechanging. The headaches stopped. The headaches I hadn't realized I'd been having since high school. Life got so much better.
Nightguard!
Do...do you think this is the dentist bowl?
I got a mouth guard
SM1 pls consider P2's advice.
Talk to your dentist about a custom night guard
Night guard for sure
DEFINITELY A CUSTOM NIGHT GUARD. GO TO DENTIST AND USE YOUR FSA BALANCE BEFORE YEAR END.
M1 - BITE ME
I grind my teeth / clench my jaw when I'm stressed. It's the worst.
Lower your caffeine intake
I wear my retainers from my orthodontist like 10+ years ago
Ditto the night guard. They tried to tell me to destress but I've grinded (ground?) my teeth since I was in high school. It's not a stress thing for me
I do - my dentist made me get a night guard for my top and bottom jaws. He said I'll break my teeth in the next 10 years if I don't wear it.

Real one from dentist is like $600. Well worth it. My insurance paid half.
Yea IBM1 and SC2, get a custom fit one from your dentist! I've tried the generic ones and they're truly awful. The one from your dentist is completely worth it
^ convinced. Will do
Invisalign doesn't change grinding behavior. My dentist confirmed.
