Mint grows like crazy in a tiny pot on my kitchen windowsill

Would also suggest basil, rosemary, and thyme - all grew well in tiny pots on my kitchen windowsill and are great for cooking and cocktails

We got an Aerogarden recently and planted mint and basil amongst other herbs. They are growing crazy fast. Worth every dollar IMO

like

Just plant the mint stalks in some potted soil. For cilantro just crush the seeds and smear them on soil

I heard that people do hydroponics for indoor planting. Lots of YouTube videos on how to set it up.

Absolutely. You can also grow basil, parsley or thyme. Just need to place where there is good light. I grew a cherry tomato plant that was 6ft high.

uplifting

Sun light or grow lights are the most important thing.

Mom does in her backyard. Get a plant pot thing.

What do you do with small account referrals? We have been searching for an advisor to take on our small clients and can’t find anyone we have enough confidence in. All my six-figure salary consultant friends are ranting about how poor they feel right now because their IRAs/portfolios are down. Think the people in this industry need to take time to volunteer or engage with some tougher parts of town and understand that by virtue of even having investment accounts, that they’re more financially safe than at least 50% of America. Sad to see

I’m in a rather peculiar situation. I have been in the HR field going on 4 years, I have over 11 years of management experience, I got my PHR last year and I recently graduated with my MBA with a concentration in HR this month. I am ready for a more challenging role. However, there doesn’t seem to be much available at my current company. However, I am going on 5 months pregnant with the expectation of being out in October. I feel like once I mentioned my pregnancy I was in a holding pattern.

Wow…covid is really over. I live in a rural area where we knew covid was happening but it never really impacted the community or daily life. However when I’d go into the city it was very very obvious there were huge life impacts and fear. I just went into the city for the first time in about 3 months and it’s like covid never happened. It makes me wonder how many other things that have drastically changed (like wfh and hand sanitizer) will go back to normal as people go back to normal.
