Does anyone have 2022 Salary Guide here?

Lately, a lot of recruiters have been reaching out. I'm mostly happy in my role and w/my company (no longer w/Edelman), but one job caught my eye with a huge salary and title bump at a comparable company, culture and work wise. Interviews are going well - I'm torn about leaving - things are good now but some extra $$ for what seems like a similar experience seems like a no-brainer. Yet, I feel sad about potentially leaving my current company. Anyone have a similar experience? What happened?

How does one tell their boss (owner of the company) that you are burnt out? The sheer volume of work is exhausting and I haven’t taken a true vacation as we are a small company so if something urgent comes to my email I feel like I must respond. I was given an additional title and more responsibilities last year as well but only a 3% raise for it.

Any certified wound care nurses in here willing to share hourly rate? I am BSN, RN, WCC

Got an offer. Would like negotiate a hire base pay. Do I do that with the recruiter or hiring manager? And can it be done over email or should I schedule a call to chat about it?

How do I confront my manager who is emotionally blackmailing me as I have put down my papers.
He is saying that thay have shown trust in me and I am breaking the trust.Its so irritating and make no sense to me. He is ready to offer me 30% hike and Canada Visa. I know these are his tricks to make me stay and once I stay then there is no surety when will I travel to onsite and there will be no hike for me next year along with the low performance ratings.

Anyone has tried to counteroffer based on "i earn about the same amount in base pay and benefits. Would like a little more incentive to make the jump" ? My research tells me theyre offering a very fair price (maybe even above average) but i was hoping to get a little more than that. HCOL

I'm in negotiation with the this data co (which is only 10 % over offered fixed ctc) but HR hasn't shown much confidence. They have asked for week's time & say can only offer a signing bonus. I'm getting a bit nervous as it's an opportunity I've always wanted!
