Hello, I just had to vent a little and maybe ask for your opinion. So I’ve been working at my job for four years now and I’ve never gotten a promotion. On top of this, I do extra duties that my coworkers don’t do and struggle with the work load. I feel like I’m being taken advantage of and am not sure what to do. Just wanted to share a small win. After 2 months of complete bottle refusal at daycare, my 6 month old has FINALLY accepted it as a way of eating while he’s there. The anxiety, mom guilt, and worry I felt every single day he was there as they squirted milk in his mouth while he cried almost lead me to quit my job so I could keep him home.
