I'm currently in the process of looking for new work. I've scaled it to be around 6-8 months before I can leave. I have so many projects on me and never enough coverage to even take a weeks pto. I feel immense guilt if I put in two weeks and call it quits. Yet I have people booking me months in advance for work, without consideration if I'm doing okay. My pto is always maxed out and I'm burned out. I love the work that I do just not my company's treatment of its employees.

I recently cancelled a trip in the AA app and they refunded me in the form of a flight voucher. I don’t fly AA often and don’t really want the value of the ticket locked up with AA that I may not use for a while. Is there anyway to get that refunded back to either my card, or my bank directly?
