Currently have a 5th grade girl who is struggling with classroom behaviors and choices. When questioned, she says she wants to be a boy, but her parents won’t allow it. Obviously, she is struggling with more than making good choices at school. Her parents are very kind and appreciative of all we do for their child, but they are also clearly struggling with this. Consulting Baby Shower question - what was the best baby shower gift you ever received?

Probably not the right bowl. I have $240k in my savings account, recently became a father of 3 and my wife left her job so now one income. I make $215k base. As someone who lived in third world country, where people are poorer, less educated, with harsher life conditions, I still never heard anything like someone just walking into a school and killing innocent children like it happens in the USA.

Does IT companies fake job roles like they show development role while attending interview but after joining they give support.Why they don't hire separately for support?Is this because nobody wants to work in support they make job description attractive to make employees join?

My Accenture recruiter told me that in order to revise my current offer she would need to reject my current offer first and no need to worry on that part. Is this normal? Please provide genuine feedback.
