Does anyone have a google sheets template or layout that they love for headcount + new hire tracking? I’m trying to make a clean, easy to follow spreadsheet for all open requisitions, filled roles, and all the tasks involved with onboarding a new employee. It feels a bit messy so any tips or suggestions for cleaning it up would be great. Thanks!

We use BambooHR, but there are several similar platforms out there. I don't think I could ever go back to spreadsheets.

We use bambooHR too, and I also have an ATS, but I still find that maintaining a spreadsheet is helpful for inputting new hire information into all of our different systems, tracking our requisitions, and tracking new hire tasks all in one place. Is there a spot in Bamboo that can fulfill that? Maybe I just haven’t used it enough to know that it could solve this problem for me :)

I use Microsoft Planner for onboarding tasks. Very easy to replicate workflow for new hire.
I use BambooHR for all employee management

FCB wins Hershey’s from Anomaly… congrats FCB. Just want to say that, as an outsider looking in, I think that Anomaly you did a lot of good work on that account, like the 4:25 O Henry campaign and sending those Reese’s Pieces into space for ET. Sorry to see it move.

I have two questions. I have 10 years of experience in multiple sectors and I have been trying to gain a leadership position. I am attempting my PHR this summer but what are some tips in order for me to obtain a leadership position? Also, how long does it take to obtain another position out of state? My company is in need of a update online, could use your opinions! We need to better showcase our culture (caring, supportive, fun, intelligent IT industry leaders) as well as diversity. We are predominantly white still but making strides to improve here. What’s the best way to approach? I don’t want to seem disingenuous or that we are singling out our diverse employees (asking for photos). We have a remote and on-site workforce about 350+ EEs. Non white EEs make up about 35% of the company rn.

I recently went through trainer certification and I received some really confusing feedback. During certification we were told that in order to meet intent we should stick to the leader guide notes and we will be fine. I did this to a T and it was noted that I did, however the feedback that I received was that I should have created another unspecified unscheduled activity and had my learners visit an info page that was not referenced in the learning module or the leader guide notes. I’m lost.
