I just noticed I can see my spine when I bend over. I’m well within normal weight (115-120ish; F; 30; 5’3”) Is this normal?

I started a new job in industry 2 weeks ago and this morning I got a call from my lead for a Teams meeting. My heart jumped and I had an anxiety attack. I took the call and it was fine. I know these huge jumps of anxiety comes from the constant feeling from consulting when I felt like I wasn’t on the ball with my work and the talks my managers gave me on perception. How do I overcome this? My coworkers are my team and not my client but I still feel anxiety from things like this.

Any recommendations on therapy app? Talk space?

I think people who don’t get the vaccine out of choice are dumb. Is anyone in the medical community saying to not get the vaccine?

How do you approach the initial conversation with your doctor? I have taken a variety of both anti anxiety and anti depressants. Nothing works. I’ve been reading online and in this bowl, and a lot of ADHD symptoms really resonate with me. They have for a long time, frankly, but I couldn’t get my former provider to take me seriously when I was in college/law school. How do you deal with irritability from medication? I NEED vyvanse to be able to do my job, but I try so hard to only take it a couple days a week because the irritability as it wears off is nuts. I do my best to still be pleasant around my SO but on days I take it I absolutely can’t stand any physical contact, and things that normally just mildly annoy me are suddenly intolerable. Feel like I’m stuck between being good at my job and being a good partner.

Does peloton only work on your lower body? I like running and going for walks etc and am conflicted between getting a peloton vs joining a gym. Cause I live in NYC I walk quite a bit and my lower body is pretty toned but would love to have more definition/strength in my arms, stomach. Thinking of getting a peloton will be pointless for my arms/upper body since that’s what I’d like to focus on. Advice?
