Does anyone have a name for what I'm looking for? Essentially, I'm looking for a resource to give to clients that really need to assess their current benefits and pay structure (and pay equity) in comparison to other organizations in the market and to provide the results and a roadmap of how to get where they need to be in order to retain and attract talent. Something like an HR Turnaround Consultant but I'm sure there is a better name?
Recently switched into healthcare / life sciences because I want to have an impact on the world. My projects have been delayed for months, and I’d appreciate some advice from more experienced people

Is it worth to invest in 401k considering the fact it’s worthless to wait for GC and would need the money in next 4-5 years?
Apologies for this but I’m really confused and looking for some help. My wife and I make about 400k pre-tax (gross income). We max our 401k. Is backdoor Roth an option for us? How should we go about it. Any tips would be super helpful as I’ve read through some prior posts but it isn’t still very clear to me. Thanks!!

Tip for young ones looking to go to BSchool. Put all your money in traditional 401k. Then when you go to bschool, and have zero wages for that year (maybe the internship), convert to Roth with very low income tax. Tax arbitrage right there! 💸💸💸

Expected salary I should ask for? Referrals would be helpful!

Last year I started a Roth IRA. However this year because of starting a new job I will be over the income limit and planned to do a backdoor Roth IRA. I also wanted to rollover my previous 401k funds into an IRA. Would the rollover funds be a part of the limit for the backdoor Roth? Should I open a separate Roth account for the rollover funds apart from the backdoor? I haven’t been able to find a clear answer online yet and would appreciate any insights!
Salary Transparency request for healthcare professionals working in the vendor management space. I’m currently in a non management role on a national team making mid 90’s.
Is it better to roll over 401k to new employer’s 401k or into rollover IRA? IRA gives more flexibility but staying with 401k seems safer than picking myself. Any other pros/cons I should know?

I found a new job (huzzah!) and turned in my 2 weeks notice yesterday. But I started feeling crummy last night and went to the doctor for a COVID test today. Lab results already came back positive. So now I feel super guilty about basically calling in sick to my last two weeks of work...should I try and push out my start date to help out current employer? Feel like current supervisor is going to throw a hissy fit.
Hello! I am an HR Coordinator at a nonprofit in Michigan! We are a growing company and I want to suggest to my boss and other higher ups within the company we create a employee morale committee. How would one go about creating a case for that? Like in my mind a group of people from the company would get together a few times a month and create fun things for our employees. Also maybe even create diversity and inclusion things as well. Thank you for any advice.

Need insight please. I am currently a Recruiter and have extensive experience in that but also a few in HR general. Trying to think of my career path. What are the pros and cons of specializing in recruitment versus going into HR? Advancement opportunities, compensation, etc
Hello, what benefits do you think are most beneficial to employees excluding pay, health and education.
So I’ve always had a rough time trying to find what role titles I would be a good fit to apply to given that my career growth has been so peculiar (HR assistant at hotel, Operations Manager at hotel, seller support at Amazon, customer experience coordinator at an IT company, talent acquisition specialist at a health org)
In those roles I normally took more in my plate than the typical role requires (hr functions, data analysis, etc)
With 6-7 years if exp what role should I look?
Hi all :) is anyone an ER specialist that can support with an interview prep pls? I'm in HR looking to move to an ER role&leave my toxic environment. Anybody hiring recruiting coordinators? I’ve been out of a job for 2 months and I’m really needing to get back to work! Please dm I’ll send over my resume!
I had a company offer me a position under the original range and after I’ve turned down the role multiple times they have come back with an offer with a better title and $30k more. This huge shift put a bad taste in my mouth, but wasn’t sure if I was begin too critical because I wouldn’t operate that way as a recruiter.
I’m an HR Mgr, and need help approaching my HRC about her demeanor at work. She lost her father last fall, and since returning to work, she’s become incredibly delicate. Often cries at work, staff are hesitant to approach her; it’s like walking on eggshells constantly with her. She does her job well, she takes directions well, but there is no real initiative with projects/tasks and I NEED a strong no.2 - I feel like I’m constantly coaching her and trying to support her, but I’m tired 😣
