Depends on industry very much. Fintech and financial services are around 100k for HRBP. This is inclusive of bonus. Same for big tech like Meta, Google and others. If you are going for the highest paid, financial services and tech always win in the UK.

Still interviewing..hence wanted to pitch myself correctly

I would say with 5 YOE the range is 80-100k euros.

I’ve been in my role since June of 2020 right after graduating college. I truly cannot say enough good things about my manufacturer but lately, as in the last 6ish months, I’ve truly been questioning whether there is more for me here.

As a 23 year old I know I’m more apt to hop or seek out other opportunities so I don’t want to be rash or just “toy around with leaving because I’m bored”. But at this point, I’ve reached my 2nd coaching (first was 4/2021) and it’s clear my role isn’t for me…..

I had my PHR back in early 2000, then made a career change to a paramedic (I know, right). I called SHRM and they said I'm eligible to test again even though I only currently have 1.5 yrs of HR.

I purchased the online study guide and it seems that HR has gone in a completely different direction - more operations related than employee relations etc.

Did anyone find this online training to be helpful? I test in July, so any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks - lauren

Considering jumping ship laterally from an HR Consultant role to an internal HR Consultant / HRBP role. However, mgr has confirmed that I am up for promotion at the end of the year.
