When do promotions get finalized (SA to Manager) in IT advisory, PwC India?

I currently work for a manufacturing company and worked my way from an entry level customer service role to a high visibility operation leadership role in 5 years. I currently handle the master schedule, forecast and SIOP process and want to expand on that… I have done all of this with only my GED… I want to grow more and I do not have the right people in my life that can direct me to the right degree. I truly found something I love to do but need the degree to open more doors. Help!

In previous exp I have worked in complete analytics daomain, facing difficulty in adapting the development environment. I am having 2 concerns that am I underpaid for 5+ year of exp and should I switch for better analytics domain

My H1B is not selected in the second lottery. The next lottery is the only option of getting selected. My STEM-OPT will expire in May 2023. I have some questions 1) If H1B gets selected will I be able to work till October 1st (which is when H1B status gets changed) ? 2) My wife will file her I140 in Feb 2023 can she also file H1 EAD along with it? 3) worst case scenario should I enroll in for day 1 CPT program?

I was on a partner/manager call today and they were discussing the “high” turnover at the senior and experienced associate level. What was shocking is that while ours is about double normal, evidently we are 3 out of 4 in turnover meaning 2 of the Big 4 are even higher.
