I interviewed for a role last week and followed up with the recruiter this week. The recruiter said the team is still working on finishing the final interviews before making a decision but if I have any competing offers or timeline issues, I should let her know.

Does this mean that they already have a decision on my interview and are just waiting to send out the rejects all together or is there still hope?

Looks like B4 partners makes the most $$ in the long run, even tech/FAANG or industry level senior roles doesn’t pay more then $600-700k, except a few roles like ceo/IB/PE/other financial roles/startup rsu (of u r lucky). Big companies pay firms like ours big chunks of money to minimize their tax burden. The tax rate isn’t the issue, it’s the loopholes.

For the TAM and Tech PgM roles, is it usually the expectation that the candidate is hands-on? Currently Sr. Mgr. at Accenture. Targeting L5 or L6. Have mix background in tech/sol arch and delivery management.

I’ve seen multiple posts on this lately so want to reiterate to candidates:
This process take a long time- 3+ months.
After your interviews, your recruiter will likely say you’ll hear back in a week- do not count on that. It may take up to a month.
If your recruiter doesn’t answer you, they probably just don’t have any updates. They’re not ghosting you.
They call for both good and bad. Don’t overthink it until you know.
