Does anyone have advice for the best sales tools compatible with Outlook?

My team is currently reevaluating our tech stack. Before switching to outlook from gmail we used MixMax (loved it!) for automation, email tracking etc. alongside Zoominfo for sourcing.

MixMax is not compatible with Outlook so we switched to Salesloft and are unhappy.

Wondering what combination of tools works best for other teams 💪🏻

Should you max out retirement accounts (401k/Roth) first each year before investing into a brokerage account(VOO ETF, for example). I like the idea of ETFs because they pay dividends and can withdrawal at any point. I am 24 btw. Thoughts?

For background, my company hired me and 6 other sales people back in August 2021, I’ve had 3 different VP of Sales since then, have literally 2 customers on our product in my vertical. Marketing and product are horrible, the CMO is the CEO’s daughter and she’s only ever worked for my company.

Solar sales consultants make bank. if you cold call and generate your own lead and close it the avg commish pays out around $1ooo but if you can hustle and generate that same lead via canvassing door to door the avg payout jumpst all the way up to $7k per deal with the ability to close 5-15 deals per week. I work for Vivint smarthomes energy division setting proposal appointment for closers and get paid $175 per appt set that closes. very lucrative and great future growth

I’ve had a fair amount of success in a couple of direct sales ventures, but I’ve ultimately never risen to the top because I’m not a great teambuilder. I’m trying to figure out how to pivot my career & make something from the skills I learned there, but I’m not really sure what that would look like because I never saw myself getting into sales in the first place. Help me with a situation. I am in ad sales now with $140K OTE, but my ultimate goal is to be in enterprise software sales. My plan was to take the next level up of my current role, with a $220K OTE, to get the large enterprise experience vs the small enterprise types I work with now.

Today, I was offered a $215K OTE MidMarket role at current company but I'm having doubts it's the right move. It feels a step back in business size experience, and doesn't get me any closer to end goal. Thoughts?

I am thinking about taking a job at a cybersecurity company as an SDR. I am switching from real estate to tech sales. I know SDR is entry level and I am a little hesitant to take the position because I am almost 30. I am wondering if anyone else has taken the role mid-career and how it went for you? I have been in SMB and MM sales but just started an Enterprise AE position. I’m working on email templates and am curious if any other Enterprise AEs would recommend separate email templates for companies with 250 users vs 1000+ users? My manager recommended setting up separate email templates but. I usually just have 2-3 generic plug and play templates that I tweak based on conversations/typical pain points. Just want to see if there’s a case for separate templates that I might be missing
