Sunshine and intermittent physical activity (30 minutes of something as simple as walking, and then 10 minutes more every two hours) , *no booze*. No coffee or soda after noon. Don't eat later than 7pm and watch your portions.
Don't use any electronic screens for an hour before bed. Avoid white LED lights. Hit the sack at a consistent time every night and wake up at the same time every morning - even if it feels like it will kill you.
If that doesn't work see a doctor. It could be something like melatonin or it could be depression. Or maybe even brain cloud...
Work only eight or nine hour days. That may help...

Calm App, Sleep Stories.
Diet and excersize... Meditation. Yoga. Clear your mind. I've heard that calm/meditation apps help. Or if you're in a recreational marijuana State... Why not eat a pot gummy before bed, or take a hit of a sleep dosist pen.
I use the thunderstorm on the Calm app.

Melatonin spray under the tongue. CBD helps as well.
Create a to do list so you’re not thinking of things you need to accomplish and not forget about during your next work day. That has allowed my mind to finally relax and I can check out mentally.

Melatonin and bananas before bed. Peanuts are a depressant so also might help.
Read Carnegie’s book on stress. It helped me a lot.
