Does anyone have an app recommendation that is user-friendly, female-body friendly, provides recommendations of workout routines specific to using gym equipment, and if possible, has variety (not just do this move 3x, 12 reps over and over)? I’m thinking about joining a gym down the street that is just machines (no classes), but want to remove the headache of coming up with what to do there on my own. Thanks!

I’m not old BUT when I was younger I thought it was important to have all the alphabets after my name (I.e. Phr, SHRM and all the others). I learning that the younger crowd coming into the market thrives off these identifiers yet they know very little about the real world aspects of the job. I watch leadership roll their eyes at the email footers. I feel like keeping those attached to my name hurts my credibility so I removed them…. I’m I thinking wrong?

Newbie question: I’m looking to lose the last ~15 lbs and put on some lean muscle. Female, new to weightlifting. I’m getting a lot of conflicting advice online. Currently Im planning to eat in a deficit (CICO), and do a fully body routine focused on compound movements 3x a week. I already do cardio 3/4x per week. Is this ideal? Should I be lifting more? Im seeing some people say lift 6x a week and some say you need recovery days
