Does anyone have an idea of compensation + bonus for a shopper marketing manager in California?

What you guys think about no offer after clearing all the interview rounds including salary discussion and joining date.
Though in first interaction itself HR asks about notice period and expected CTC and then they proceed to interview rounds.

Curious what comp range you would expect for someone with 6 YOE in HR. Current title of Director with growth potential to exec team as first CHRO. About 150 employees at multiple locations. manages 2 employees right now, looking to add a third. At Director level 2.5 years before that was generalist. Located in Indiana and the organization is manufacturing. Bachelors degree and shrm certification.

In my previous job , I had too much workload. I switched job recently, now I get twice the salary and less than half the workload. While you might think I am boasting, I am not.. rather I am deeply infuriated by sitting idle ..
I recently switched, so not thinking about job hopping atm, not even willing to upskill because I did enough of that in notice period.

Don't know how to get back to my work , my ikagai.

Currently work in a very unique Wealth Management ops role.

Getting paid 85k base with 40k in bonus plus about 35k~ in OT.

Money isn’t everything but in my late 20s it feels like the only thing important right now.

WLB is next to zero as 60hr weeks are the minimum as of late. Management feels like they are trying to push a few of us out. Was told not to expect much come year end for comp. Any suggestions on finding a new role/pay expectations?

I’m a 3rd year at one of the Big 4 (2020 grad) and have been debating whether it would be wise to lateral to Littler. I want to ultimately be at a v100 law firm with market salary at some point; however, I haven’t had much success with lateraling directly from Big 4 to v100 (Paul Hastings, Morgan Lewis, etc.). Any thoughts on sticking it out until an opportunity arises or lateral to Littler in the interim.
