Anyone going to play AMZN earnings? It’s hard to say if we will still have low expectations this quarter but have to think AWS has done real well this quarter. It’s probably too early to tell how much WMT + is stealing business. The wild card is if they announce stock split.

If I make $120k base and have 50k for down payment, what should the house price be?

I bought a house in the suburbs of Chicago at the top of the market. I ended up moving out of state in 2017 and short-selling. I am now interviewing for a VP Accounting role with the mortgage company that got shafted by the short sale. If I get the job offer, can they/will they see this on my credit report? Can they pull the offer due to this? Should I tell them before we advance further?
