It'll only be useful once they actually load the info. Just keep checking everyday day and update fishbowl to let ppl know if it pops up!

ToD but won't be out until August unless you're looking for last years info

Last year's trick to get the details early doesn't seem to be useful this year (trick was to pull an employment verification letter from ToD)

We're still sticking with the bonus being paid out in sept right?

Heard from some talent folks that raises and bonuses would take effect at the end of August so yes likely the first check in September

Plot twist, Amy sends Deloitte all email to let everyone know in a pure act of socialism, the $500 cards were funded through the AIP and represent the full pool of cash for bonuses this year. Keep up the good work team, our collective efforts have not gone unnoticed.

DNET talent link on compensation has note up now that says comp statements available on Monday, August 28th. "Any change in base salary and the AIP payout will be reflected in September 8th paycheck"

Curious what people think about negotiating comp in the current environment. Many qualified candidates, fewer roles to go around etc. What choice do I have? Currently interviewing, good role and environment, but they are seriously low-balling.

What's a good, reasonable percentage bump in salary going from shop to another (same role)? You were at your old place a long time (15 years) and always paid under industry average for your role.

When through phone screening and nailed it. Then recruiter said she would get back to me on salary because what she presented was too low for me, but thought there was wiggle room. Haven’t heard back in a month! Job is still open though... am I being ghosted or does it take this long? First job I’ve applied to outside of consulting...
