We have a senior specialist and a general specialist both make more than I do. They have been employed longer with the company. What is your advice on this issue?

I'm 3.8 years experienced Manual tester with the experience of API and DB basic testing. I'm not having much experience in automation but I am learning.

But HR doesn't provide me this hike as from the start my basic pay was low and because of it I still don't get much progress in it

I just got offered a job with a firm that has billable hour requirements. I’ve never had had billable hours. Is is appropriate to ask what the billable requirements are? I have a good idea from someone I know who works in a different department but want to confirm what they told me. They also provided vacation time of 3-5 weeks. I’m assuming that’s work weeks, but is that appropriate to ask for clarification? I don’t want them to think that’s all I care about, but these are important to me.

Does anyone have any experience with NJ mini-COBRA for small businesses? Curious as to how others wind down after particularly long, taxing days. I sometimes have really tough days (lots of work, meeting relatively short deadlines, etc.) and I find it really hard to wind down. Also, sometimes if I make a mistake, it’s hard for me to drown out my thoughts and not dwell on it for the rest of the night. I try to remind myself not to be too hard on myself . However, I find it physically hard to wind down.
