Does anyone have any advice for a rising sophomore trying to get an IB/PE offer for the 2022 summer? Any tips about interviewing, networking, etc. is greatly appreciated.

I have a 3.9 GPA at Notre Dame with a good financial internship from this summer so I feel like I have a decent chance, but I definitely need some guidance.

Thank you in advance!

Hey y’all! So my team just hired a direct report for me. They’re joining as an AE (they have internship experience and we’re an AAE for 9mos).

While I’ve always had levels under me who I’ve helped manage, train and oversee - I’ve never had a direct report. Someone who’s development is my responsibility.

Any advice on how to be amazing for my AE?

As an accounting major graduating in the fall, I am thinking about my career path and wondering how I should proceed. I don’t know if I want to do tax or audit yet. I did a tax internship at a midsize well known company last semester and will be doing an audit internship this fall with the same company. Is starting out at a smaller public company okay or should I go for the B4 and then move on in a couple years? I want a good WLB but I know with this career it will be tough to find.

Are there specific things I should really focus on? Not sure why they would choose me if I don’t qualify.
