I've been working at my current job for about a year now and I'm finally beginning to understand how the company works.

It's not easy, though. It's a small company, which means there are only a few of us in each department. There is no dedicated training team, so we all have to learn new things on the fly through trial-and-error or by asking our coworkers for help. The management team seems to be pretty hands off when it comes to project management and project direction, so it's up to us engineers to figure out how we want to spend our time and who we want to work with.

I got an offer with a standard chartered Bank after i rejoined cognizant. Pay is the same but SCB offers me an association manager.

The thing is I just joined cognizant 15 days back for the same project with the same roles and responsibilities.

In cognizant night Shift i don't like it.
In a standard chartered day shift.

If I resign I would have a problem in future on bgv? Because my previous experience 1 year with cognizant.

Question on light planning / annual plan. If I am 50% on a client but doing delivery + BD equally, I will create two separate line items (1) 25% client delivery and (2) 25% client BD. Is this ok?

There is a lot of miscommunication (lack of communication) in the company. Primarily coming from upper management. Already feeling the burn out

Between the pandemic, the stagnant pay and all the pressure of trying to be “creative”, not to mention having to deal people inordinately sure of their own “creativity” - I’m starting to really wonder any of this is worth it.

Some days it feels like only about four agencies and a handful of clients get to make the kind of work that got me interested in advertising in the first place and getting into one of those usually involves more of the above.

What do I do?

Dumb question: my in-laws have asked me to come work from Spain (fab) but they only sim hotspot for internet. Does anyone know if a simcard hotspot will be reliable enough for not blurry internet?
