Does anyone have any creative suggestions for providing role clarity within teams. We work diligently to maintain job descriptions and communicate team changes broadly, but our employees are still craving some sort of additional reference point of how positions interact with one another. We have Sharepoint and we’re thinking of putting more job info there next to peoples names and titles. Look forward to suggestions!

Any advice for someone looking to transition into a full HR Generalist role from Recruiting. I’m currently a Campus Recruiter with about 5 years of HR experience (Coordinator- Higher Ed). My company went toxic in the last couple months. Chose me and started interviewing. Had a very successful interview with Amazon but recruiter is working hard trying to place me and said there’s no knowing how long to find a team. I’ve been working as a contract TAS for 6 months in a medical device company. I started part time and as it became busier/my trainer quit, I became full-time. I applied for the TA position through corporate and would like some insight. the company is short staffed and my site specifically does not have good TA retention. For the salary expectation, I put in 85k which is in the range. I’m currently at 64k which is below the minimum of the range. Is this realistic?
