Does anyone have any experience in dealing with teams that are boys clubs? My current team has been excluding me from meetings, relegating me to play a role that is lower than my tenure and basically treating me like an overpaid secretary. They’re all men who know each other well so I think that’s part of it, but have no idea how to handle this in a remote COVID world.
