I was an AMP there for a year and a half. My experience was very positive, I left because the pay was below competitors and because of the strict promotion guidelines they had in place. I wasn’t able to move up as quickly as I wanted. However, they just changed their promotion system for 2022, so that should alleviate the growth issue for highly motivated individuals. Not all managers take the most active role in your growth - make sure your advocating for yourself. I had a very nice manager but sometimes I fell off his radar and had to ask specifically for more opportunities. I had a great work/life balance until many coworkers on my team started leaving. When they’re understaffed you’re expected to put in extra work for no additional pay. I will caveat that I had a better work/life balance overall than some of my coworkers because the demands for each brand are different. Some teams put in more hours than others- it’s the luck of the draw. But they do try to be cognizant of overworking people. My team was very flexible when I wanted to use PTO or needed to run out during the day. Overall, I learned a lot and am grateful for my time with CMI. I would be open to working there again later in my career.
I’m guessing this is based in PHI or CHI? They’re a pretty big (relatively) agency in the Health/Wellness space. Exposure to massive Pharma companies with even bigger budgets. The work isn’t anything special compared to other agency jobs, the biggest nuance is working in Pharma - do you have that experience? For context I know several former coworkers who work there/worked at a competitor back in the day. Overall have heard positive things.
I've been here a long time but on the analytics side. Anything in particular you want to know?
