Does anyone have any idea about how real estate works in Europe? I got an opportunity with a company in Germany but most of their listings are old buildings that I just don't know how they will sell.

The European real estate market is relatively strong, it is not easy to sell a building although the gains are pretty significant. I recommend you to analyze the areas where your opportunities are and prepare yourself to start from 0, after a while, you will get into a rhythm.

Hello, 3 years ago I moved to the real estate market in Europe, specifically in Portugal. Here, unlike in other parts of Europe, it is relatively inexpensive to acquire a building for a company or business. I recommend you to use the real estate apps of the country where you are offered a job and check the location and the usual prices.

Hello, I recommend you to use this page to compare opportunities regarding where you are now and where you will go next. Good luck. https://orugagroup.com/en/buy-property-in-europe

Hey everyone. I have been dreaming about opening up Ian indoor event space in my area.

I don't have the saved up capital to start e.g. real estate, marketing, equipment, labor, licensing etc.

What are the steps I need to take to launch? Should I take out loans? If yes, what kind of loans are out there (where should I look)? Would it be smart to rent the space or buy outright? Who should be the first people/key competencies I hire?

Thanks so much for your advice.

Do you think this is the best alternative?

I got a big pay bump switching gigs, and silly, naive, me was floored to see the taxes that came out of my 1st paycheck! Only thing not set up yet is my 401k (internal glitches) so that should help a little, maxing out an HSA too, but holy hell I don't feel like I'm doing much better than on my old salary. This is how they keep us from moving on up, huh? What are you doing to maximize your take-home? NYC based.

First of all, welcome to all newbies who just entered crypto in the last few months. Gather around for tales of the 2017 Ethereum. While Bitcoin was preparing for its first contentious hardfork, Ethereum was busy dominating the crypto markets running from $10 to $420 in under a couple months. Since inception, ETH has outperformed BTC. If we continue this 2021 bull run into the summer, we may see ETH hit a $1T market cap even faster than BTC. Do not underestimate market leaders like ETH.

Hey everyone! S2 here and I’m interested in becoming a life coach after public so wanted to offer help to anyone who isn’t happy with the mentoring they’re getting at work and would like a second perspective. I’m also hoping to coach in areas beyond career, like core beliefs, values, habits, or relationships. I’ve completed online certification courses, I’ve done a ton of self study of other coaching content and I believe you can still provide value and help to someone even if you haven’t (cont)

As realtors, our worst and best friend are the contractors, being friends with the contractor that remodelled a home you are going to sell is a plus because you can know for sure what kind of improvements were made to the house and why; and what kind of things are pending to be improved, that way you can provide real information to the client.
