Currently living with my mom and her boyfriend (I’m working remotely) He’s the most negative person ever, he never seems to be happy for people and criticizes every single person he knows (while he doesn’t have a university degree and works as a mail man). He doesn’t pay for any house bills and constantly tries to bring me down for every single thing I do. I used to snap back with sarcastic remarks at him to defend myself but he just keeps the argument going to prove himself.how do I handle him?
Can anyone refer a good divorce lawyer?

What part of training do you want to teach him? Attitude? Behavior? Technique? If it's attitude, perhaps you made a hiring mistake? You need to hire motivated people, not hire people to motivate. He just needs to know what the standards are - generally 200 calls a day (is what I've heard a lot). Also check out Chris Gardner - a guy who became homeless while in an internship who made those calls... because he was hungry enough. Does he know the standard for the industry technique (what to say, etc.), I'd probably also look up Bill Good's stuff as a starting point (adjust as necessary), or whatever has worked well for you, what you do, what you do best, and what makes you different than other advisors/firms
