Have three offers from Shell, BP and Airbus for IT service delivery role.

BP: 23 Lpa + 1L joining bonus with 1 year lock in ( location : pune)
Airbus: 26lpa + 5 L joining bonus with 3 year lock in( location : bangalore)
Shell: 26 lpa ( final offer being rolled out)location : bangalore

Please advice which company would have a good growth story and work life balance....

Airbus looks attractive but have heard some very harsh reviews on work life balance..

What is the pwc salary cut off date i will be joining pwc india in a few days will be ineligible for salary this month? Or will it be credited at the end of the month as per usual?

I didn't think I was underpaid, but apparently I am at 90k + 20k, but I absolutely love my team and projects.
Recruiters are reaching out with remote opportunities ranging from 130k to 150k base (similar bonus). I really don't want to leave my current team. What's the best way for me to leverage for a higher base in my current role, without stepping on toes or damaging relationships? I know it won't jump to 130k, but a nice boost would really cut down on my FOMO.

What's a feasible % increase for promotions? Looking to be promoted to Sr. Account Manager, and based on my current salary (57k in midwest) and Glassdoor/competitor medians for Sr. Account Manager, a fair salary would be around 22-25% increase (70-72k). Will I need to leave to get that or is that normal for a promotion (not a raise)?

I was very successful as an internaional sales exec at a startup for 15 years before we were bought by a large publicly traded company. The culture shift was dramatic, as was the way that I was expected to work. I was laid off a tortuous 3 years after the buyout.

While I was in some ways relieved (put me out of my misery!) I spiralled pretty hard and after a while started working PT jobs, gig type stuff, etc. while I figured things out, and healed from burnout.

Has anyone left healthcare and is now really happy? I’m an MSN, RN with 12 years hospital experience. I’m burned out and tired of making crap pay. I have an opportunity outside of healthcare that would pay more and challenge me in new ways that I haven’t experienced before. It’s a total shift that would really heal my work-life balance, job satisfaction and budget. My only fear is that I would not be using the license and degree that I worked so hard for. I would appreciate any input!!!!

My wife is starting a full time job after 2 years. I’ve been paying all the expenses since we’ve been married. We each have our own separate accounts and a joint account. Her salary will be around $50-$75k. We agreed she needs to contribute to the expenses and I was thinking that starting off paying half the rent would be reasonable ($1,500). Maybe put that amount per month into the joint account and then she can do what she wants with the rest? Reasonable? How do others handle expenses?

I'm interviewing at a firm for a litigation associate position. I've been moved on to the second round but they said it was to see if I was interested in "other positions" which I'm going to take to mean a pre-litigation associate. I'm newly licensed and have only been practicing for three months. Is there anything worse than virtual trainings

Someone from another department tried to brief my teams in on their project with zero context, info, or details for them to put together a creative response. I told them to supply that information first and that they could brief the team once they do and that I'd be happy to help.
