Is this a good offer. Have a exp of 5 years 9 months...

And how is the training ( KT) structure at LTI?

Are projects directly assigned at the time of joining or I need to be on bench for some months... Considering it's a PMO role m not sure if they will bench me initially..

What type of things/tasks does someone with title 'SWE Research and Machine Intelligence' do at Google Brain

Anyone else HATE the word “full stack developer” in a lot of tech/LinkedI blog posts? the ONLy time I personally feel it is applicable is when it is being used to describe a developer in a specified domain— or more appropriately— for a specific company.

Ie: Amazon is ran by Java, SQL, and AWS for the most part right? so a full stack developer at Amazon would be competent in those “tech stacks”. However— when I see the word “full stack developer” used as a job title to describe broad categories

Is unlimited time off a scam? Do you ever actually take more than like 15 days off a year? Doesn't it just create worse competition?

Has anyone ever had to sign a non-compete? The contract I have in an offer has a clause that states I cannot go to a competitor for a 2 year restriction period following my termination of employment. The competition clause seems very broad. I’ve tried to negotiate it out but company isn’t budging. It seems hard to enforce. Any thoughts?
