Filled with a lot of old partners from other firms that don't feel like working anymore. Next level down are overworked junior partners too busy to train associates. Work is not very sophisticated. They struggle in hiring a diverse group of attorneys.

Did an OCI callback there years ago and one of the partner interviewers kept repeating over and over again during our interview that big law was finished as a business model. He then asked me my view on whether it was sustainable for the legal services industry to continue to grow faster than US GDP as a whole.
As a baffled rising 2L all I could respond with was “I don’t see why not” . He ended the interview shortly thereafter.
I didn’t get an offer, thank god.
