New to NYC, what's the best Halloween party (esp one that's still selling tickets)?

I'm currently working in the support domain. I'm deploying windows servers and maintaining the active directory service. I work as an L3 role in this project. I would like to switch the domain to development. My plan is to learn python or similar full stack languages. My question is if I switch like this, would I get a decent hike with the current package or do I have to start as a fresher?

Did anyone suddenly have a problem with spicy food when they got pregnant? FTM but 2nd pregnancy. The same thing happened in the last pregnancy and the doctor thought it was odd. I get really bad cramps whenever I eat spicy food... before I’d be the person ordering level 5 (out of 5) spice at Thai restaurants. I’m only 5 weeks.
