You could look into Mark Elias’ new firm, I hear he’s on a hiring spree
Coach
I second A1’s comment. If you’re liberal, or really just not a far-right conservative, Elias’ firm is the place to be. It also seems like Perkins Coie is trying to retain its position in political law (despite Elias’s defection), so they are likely hiring a lot of people to replace the dozens that left.
You should definitely come up with a narrative for why you want to switch from corporate work at a v5 to election law, which is heavily litigation-based (and arguably very different ideologically).
