Look up “well patches” (available on amazon) they’re adhesive cold patches for your forehead, slightly scented. I keep a pack in the fridge at all times to keep them extra cold and throw one on when I have a headache. They stay on all day or I’ve slept with one on too.

Hello Fb! I'm 30 yrs old. I'm trying to figure out and plan my life to set myself up for success in the future. I wish I had known things like enrolling in a high deductible health plan at 24 when I started work so that I could enroll in a HSA for the triple tax savings or the importance of maxing out a Roth IRA or maxing out a 401K and not just to the employer match. What are some things you wish you had known earlier or by age 30? In some ways, I feel like I'm late in the game. See more 👇🏻

36 weeks pregnant, and this past weekend I got a sharp stabbing pain on my right side. Not lower area just in the side of my stomach, I took Tylenol and felt better for the day but then last night again same sharp pain. Had to call the on call doc and she said it could be muscular/skeletal pain. Has anyone had this? It’s a dull constant pain right now but for some reason at night it picks up! don’t think it’s gas or bloating.. :(

Just heard that my district will have classroom and live-recording learning. I’m thankful because I now can feed my family, my newborn and a recent-sponsored wife! Went too hard at the gym thinking I was still 24 years old (narrator: he is not). Pretty sure I have either a herniated disc or pinched nerve in upper back/neck. Fairly substantial pain that doesn’t seem to relent much. Anyone deal with this? Did you see doc, chiro, PT?

I just found this bowl and I am really glad it exists. After a few years of managing my ADHD, the past few month have been really hard and I am suffering from anxiety for the first time since college because of it. Even just the few posts I have read have made me feel a little bit better.

I’m trying to lose ~20lbs. 34F. I’ve been eating in a caloric deficit (i.e. 1,400 cals daily). I haven’t been exercising too much but have been doing 5k-10k steps daily for 2 months now. No change in my weight. Any ideas what i might be missing? I know i have to be patient but I was hoping to see at least small change in my weight.

Okay so! I’m a guy and I have curly hair - I interchange between two products or sometimes I do a combo of them. However sometimes my hair dries so nice and my curls look hydrated and shiny and then other times it dries and it looks like legit moss, does anyone know why that is? I try to retrace my steps on the days it looks good but it really does seem to be at random...could it be how I’m drying my hair? Lmk

Is FMLA or STD time off count towards total years of service at the company? E.g: If I’ve been with the firm for 1 year and take FMLA for 3 months. When I return from FMLA, would my years/time of service be counted as 1 year and 3 months? Or is FMLA leave considered to be break in service?

What are your thoughts on open relationships? I’ve never been in one. The idea itself of not having sex with the same person for the rest of your life I get. But in reality I just don’t know if I can do it personally. Anybody else struggle with this? I feel like most of the community wants open and I just don’t know if I’ll ever get there. How to deal with not being staffed on deals and seeing others in your year be staffed? When asking partners directly for work, they refer you to the staffing partners. When asking staffing partners (repeatedly), they say “thanks for interest, we will have something soon.” Weeks and weeks pass by and you’re always below where you should be for billable hours (at this point, very far below). All reviews are essentially perfect and no negative feedback. Extremely frustrating and discouraging.
