A friend of mine told me I should have Narcan on hand for my boyfriend who does coke sometimes. I'm firmly against it. He knows I hate when he does it and I don't want the emotional weight of carrying it around in my purse. Like, if he's going to do that, he should carry his own damn Narcan. Am the asshole? She thinks I'm being cruel since it can be lifesaving and you can get it for free.

How transparent are folks with family & friends re: your fertility journeys? We’re still in the early stages of TTC but found out that I need to get surgery to remove a fibroid which is setting us back about 4-5 months. Debating on whether I want to tell my friends & family. Considering the pros (support, transparency) and the cons (once surgery is over they might keep asking where we’re at, they worry)

On a big zoom call this morning. Child walks in fully naked and COVERED in marker. I mean face, legs, hands, everything. Even better, I didn't hear them right away and a coworker had to let me know they were there via chat. Turned around and my kid looked like a soldier in army paint. Not my finest parenting moment since I just pushed them out into the hallway and continued with my meeting. Sharing the shame here

Wife wants another kid, I don’t. One I just don’t and two we haven’t been connecting lately so it doesn’t make sense to me.
