I believe I am depressed and my therapist told me that I am showing signs of depression. I worked very hard to get my current job in July 2021 and currently, I am not liking what I do for work. I also had a hard break up in May 2021. From May - July 2021 I developed eating disorders and I hardly ate one meal a day. Right now, I am on the other extreme. I eat a lot, crave junk food and I don't exercise. As soon as I get done with work at 5, I start binge watching movies/series. Cont.

What's your go-to work music? Or do you work better in complete silence? I can't work in silence without my brain getting loud, so I listen to house music or jazz while I work. My sister (who also has ADHD) can't get anything done unless it's dead silent. Just wondering what works for others
