Does anyone have any recommendations for good plastic surgeon doctors in NYC?

I’m an HR Generalist. My job is a mix of recruitment and Employee Relations. I find the recruitment aspect to be pretty enjoyable and stress free, but the Employee Relations aspect does often give me a lot of anxiety (I’m a very anxious person to begin with). Recently, it’s been worse because I have several ER cases currently that seem like they could be potentially turning into lawsuits. Do others in ER experience these anxieties? If so, how do you manage them?

Was discharged from the military in my first year due to a dislocated shoulder… life sucks sometimes!

I’m a 9th year in Big Law and have been struggling to get much work done the last 1.5 months. Mentioned this to my doctor at my recent visit, and she offered to increase my Vyvanse dosage, but I told her I wanted to see if it got better soon. I’m wondering now if it’s burnout. Anyone else experience burnout and see a decrease in the effectiveness of your meds, and if so, how did you overcome it?

I have been taking anti depressants on and off for the past 8-10 years. Was asked to start the meds again last month after I was going through another phase and I still can’t believe how much the meds help me, it’s literally night and day.

I have always wanted to go off of meds. Has anyone tried other treatments for depression/anxiety with success? I have been looking at CBD recently but not sure if it is anything more than another fad.

I recently graduated with a bachelors in finance, and have recently got hired (5 months ago) as a financial analyst. Realistically I do FP&A for a company. I have realized I am not a huge fan of doing non stop spreadsheet all day. Am thinking I’d enjoy my career more by becoming a financial planner and getting my CFP certification.
