Does anyone have any sample policies regarding paying for employers paying for trainings/certifications on the condition the employee maintains employment for a period of time after complete toon? Looking to pay for CDL trainings, but want our people to stick around for at least one year post-certification - or we would deduct the cost of the class from their last paycheck should they leave prior to one year.

Hello everyone, I am a fresher and I recently joined a management consulting firm(3 months) with 12+LPA and I realised MC is not for me.
I tried giving it a shot for the first 2 months but then I am just dragging there after. Anyhow yk how it's in MBA, campus placement leli without a thought plus lack of experience in everything. It's tough out there.

PhD in Chemistry w/ 8 YOE. Now pursuing a part-time MBA while working as an R&D manager is a chemical company. I don't enjoy chemistry research anymore and want to try something else. I'm interested in consulting and think it could open doors for me to do something different after a few years. I work with HR/Recruitment at an aquistion company. Most of our subsidiaries are small accounting firms, and we struggle with turnover/recruitment of certified public accountants. Mergers, tech and change affect the way we work and we’re overloaded with inexperienced graduates. As a result, the stereotypical accountant feels threatened, overworked and underpaid.
