I haven’t worked for real estate offices specifically, but I managed the social media for a large veterinary group that had multiple locations. The way I/we ran it was to have pre-built/scheduled content that was pushed out to all of the location’s pages (all relevant, of course) and then assign a person at each individual location to either post location-specific content directly, or they could send it me and I would execute.

Hi there. I am also in real estate with the same setup for location pages.
You mentioned location pages so conforming they are the parent-child relationship and not all separate pages?
In the parent-child relationship that we have, we do get all the notifications that occur on the page (since we are the parent page) but we do leave it to the individuals to respond to queries (unless it’s negative or needs immediate attention for another reason). Any new page added to this structure, admins automatically carry over — something to consider as well.
We require them to post at least every three days.
For context we currently have 250+ pages 😩. One thing I caution though is the daylight saving time. If your offices change opening hours to catch the most of the sunlight, it’s a twice annual tedious and manual process.
Sadly they were setup before my time so they are all separate pages. I have access to most of them currently but trying to figure out if some are necessary are not if not properly manager.
I am not as familiar with parent child pages, is that something I can change them to even though they are separate pages at the moment? I'll research it as well!
Can I ask what company you are with to kind of research your structure? Thanks!
I almost worked for a REMAX with a very similar set-up where every agent had their own page but they would have wanted me to “teach” them how to do social media (and more than likely take over the ones who didn’t get it). If each location has a separate one, that makes sense. Agent-based is overkill.
