My assistant is a nice person who has worked worth me for about 1.5 years. I have a solo family law practice, and she excels at dealing with clients, which is great. I recently got laid off and am really grateful to have received a job offer pretty quickly. It’s for an outsourced HR company where I would be HR/Payroll Manager for about 10 small to mid-size clients. Curious people’s thoughts on if this would be a step back career wise?
