Hi everyone!
The startup I’m with is growing fast and we are hiring Tech recruiters with at least 5yrs of experience:

I’m with them now for 3 months and I never felt as psychologically safe as I feel now — our Head of Talent is incredible, so as our leadership team as a whole. We have a true collaborative culture, and I am learning a lot with them. If you have any questions, feel free to DM or email me at laura@laskie.com :)

PWC folks, are we off on Tue?
Hello everyone, I am a .net fullstack experienced developer with 4.6 years of experience. I was holding existing offer of 16(45k variable) LPA from congizant and now nagarro is giving me counter of 18(90K variable) LPA on it. Do you think it's a good counter? Till how much should i negotiate the offer?

Anyone have any leads in Dallas for SAE roles?
Going through something similar. I just try to remember that if I’m noticing it, so are my superiors (hopefully) and just try to focus on my work and making it the best it can be. There will probably come a time when tough decisions have to be made and if your work holds up and theirs doesn’t, I think the writing is on the wall. This has been my personal experience at least.
This is a great reminder - I don’t want to see anyone fail of course, but do hope they are noticing the effort too!
There’s a good chance you’re getting paid more. The range in account management is pretty big.
I’d ask a supervisor. They won’t/shouldn’t reveal the exact number, but there’s a tact you can take to indicate that you’re picking up a lot of slack and want to be sure you’re being compensated fairly. It’s a fair question, but remember to focus on how much YOU are worth, not how much more/less than you get paid compared to somebody else. You’ll be happier if you do something, even if it’s just a conversation. Never stew. Take (mature) action. Best of luck!
