Hi All,
I joined Tech Mahindra for 5 days only and didn't find suitable timing for my project and emailed resignation mail to manager and HR. After that HR asked me to resign over portal but at the same time blocked my portal. After requesting many times they didn't unblock my portal and pretended like they want to unblock but there is some issue going on and marked my profile absconded. I have cleared fnf but they are not providing reliving letter but added pf amount also. What to do?

Yes! You should read The Art of Client Service by Robert Solomon
Recommend the Third Edition of The Art of Client Service. Many helpful updates in that edition. I still read this about book once a year.
I know it’s kind of corny but how to win friends and influence people is one of the classics
“The Great Client Partner” in addition to AM1’s recommendation.
thank you for recommending this one! it breaks down complex standards into really actionable items without all that “aim for the stars” and “just turn your entire agency WoW upside down” mambo-jambo. absolutely loved it!
My Client is the Devil and Other Myths by McKinney and Fedorko
Not a book, but Memos for Account Management, all written by Bruce Kelley of The Martin Agency. I think they are published online through ANA somewhere
I’d also add
- Managing Up by Abbajay/Wiley
- Crucial Conversations by Patterson and several co-writers
- Truth Lies and Advertising was written by an account planner and has some interesting nuggets
Also look for newsletters such as HBR to subscribe to around leadership.
Thanks all! Excited to check these out.
