I’m a licensed clinical social worker in Canada, moving to California in 4 months (LCSW transfer for CA in progress).

I currently have my own virtual practice in Canada and would like to relocate this to California. My question is, how difficult is the process of credentialing in-network with various insurance companies and do they provide reliable, consistent referrals if you are credentialed with them? Any other advice on building clients in a virtual space in CA is welcomed

I have two offers and the package difference is very minor, I am having difficulty in which organisation to select, VFISLK or S&P Global and both are ready to provide wfh. I am from non-it background and this is for non-it role. Any suggestions will be helpful. I have some friends at S&P so I know about work culture and all but I don't know about VFISLK.

Getting flown out later this week to interview for a junior copywriter position at an ad agency. It will be my second interview for the job. It’s a medium sized agency. Anyone know have any idea about how many candidates would get flown out for this kind of role? Also, I would be working on mainly experiential advertising, which is not something I’ve spent a lot of time in school studying. How do I get my brain to start thinking experientially and what are the differences in terms of writing?
