These are usually very rigid questions and you'll have no way to determine how it goes. If you're lucky, you'll have some time at the end for your own questions, otherwise it'll just be you giving your spiel. In terms of the format itself, just follow STAR for your answers and you'll be as fine as you can be. Unless it's a technical position, questions will generally be pretty generic along the lines of "tell me a time when..."
